Our company consortium would like to offer franchise of Celular Fibro Concrete, Production capacity of the plant - 5 MT per hour The Franchise are includes the following: 1.1 Project design of the CFC dry mix production plant; 1.2 Equipment for the automatic CFC dry mix production plant: 1.2.1 Silos– 3pcsx50to60m3each; 1.2.2 Automatic mixing equipment for 4( four) components: - cement; - sand, fly ash, slag, etc.; - the additives; - the reinforcement fibres; 1.2.3 Electro-mechanicalactivationsystemfortheCFCdrymix; 1.2.4 Automatic transportation system; 1.2.5 Bunkers for intermediate storage; 1.2.6 Automatic packing system for: - paper bags; - big bags; - loading in mobile silos or mixer trucks; 1.2.7 Air filtration system; 1.2.8 Compressor system; 1.2.9 Automatic management system. 1.3 Special additives for the production of 150 MT CFC dry mix; 1.4 Delivery of the equipment and additives to your destination sea port; 1.5 Supervising the installation, alignment and putting in exploitation of the CFC dry mix plant; 1.6 Technology transfer: 1.6.1 Analysisandselectionofthelocallyavailablerawmaterials for the CFC dry mix production; 1.6.2 Developmentoftheoptimaladditivesinaccordancewiththe locally available raw materials; 1.6.3 Full recipes for all CFC products, including recipes oft he additives; 1.6.4 Full support with technical questions and technology; 1.6.5 Training your personnel to produce and apply the CFC dry mix; 1.7 Use of our CFC trademark; 1.8 Support with marketing materials for new products; In case you decide to expand you can expand the offered CFC plant to 10 MT per hour. You can also set up a second plant in the same or better in a different location to make the produced CFC material more accessible. We also offer bigger CFC plants with output capacity of 20, 30 or 40 MT per hour. We consider however it is much better to start with the 5 MT per hour CFC dry mix production plant ( included in the CFC Franchise) when a new market is opened. Besides from the production of the CFC dry mix the CFC plant can also be used to prepare calibrated dry mixes for the further production of foam concrete, just by adding foam at the construction sites, or to produce other dry mixes for making for example tile and block glues and adhesives, self-leveling floors, wall plasters, sidewalk or alley pavement blocks, etc.
